ok i'll tel you how to post a youtube video.
all you have to do is paste the code in the url of the video for example.
This is a url to a youtube videohttp://youtube.com/watch?v=h4GWno6GLUA
paste the blue part in the url in this code

[YOUTUBE]code in url(blue part only,after the = sign)[/YOUTUBE]

Note: Posting other videos such as.. veoh and google videos, all you have to do is change the BB code tags and paste in the code in the url, very easy.
